Financial Analyst

Description : This is a remote position.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Financial Analyst (UAE | Remote)

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Build and maintain financial models for business planning and decision support

- Support FP&A activities, including revenue, cost, and margin analysis

- Analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow to identify trends and risks

- Create management dashboards and MIS reports using Excel / BI tools

- Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders and leadership

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and internal financial controls

- Support audit processes and documentation requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, finance)

- Work independently in a remote setup, managing deadlines across time zones

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
