Financial Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support end-to-end deal execution and operational excellence. In this role, you will work closely with Capital Consultants to build lender-ready profiles, perform financial analysis, manage workflows, and ensure the smooth execution of deals. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in financial services, lending, fintech, or consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and updated records in HubSpot and other internal systems.

- Track deal progress across various stages such as Spark, Swift, and Scale.

- Support invoicing, collections, and various operational tasks in coordination with the Operations team.

- Monitor portfolio performance and generate early-warning signals based on financial trends.

- Coordinate with lenders to schedule meetings, gather feedback, and facilitate communication.

- Conduct financial and market research to support deal execution and strategic insights.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, fintech, venture capital, lending, consulting, or related domains.

- Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and research.

- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.
