About:

Financial analysis, valuations and financial modelling:

- Experience in M&A and Investor relations will be added advantage.Financial Modeling

- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform management on financial performance and projections.

Industry Benchmarking:

- Conduct industry research to identify benchmarks and best practices relevant to Company operations.

- Assist in comparing financial performance metrics against industry peers to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Data Analysis:

- Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.

Support Strategic Projects:

- Assist in the preparation of materials for strategic planning sessions and presentations for senior management.

- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Investor Relations:

- Prepare and present financial and strategic updates to investors, ensuring clear communication of the company's vision and performance.

- Respond to investor inquiries and manage communications to foster investor confidence and engagement.
