Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards

- Develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and projects

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and variances against budget

- Provide support for financial audits, internal reviews, and compliance reporting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and align on business objectives

- Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, cost control, and profitability

- Support cash flow management and working capital analysis

- Present insights and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)

- 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)

- Solid understanding of financial statements, ratios, and accounting principles

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
