Financial Accounting Professional

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial statements, audits, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS / GAAP)

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits

- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts

- Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting processes

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Handle tax-related compliances including GST, TDS, and corporate tax filings

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial insights and reporting

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / B.Com (Hons.) from a reputed institute

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations

- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling large-scale accounting operations

- Exposure to multinational environments or shared services setup

- Automation and process improvement mindset.
