Finance Transformation Specialist - Industrial Product Manufacturer - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-calibre Finance Transformation professional to drive large-scale finance modernization initiatives across a global industrial manufacturing organization. The role will focus on transforming finance processes, enabling digital finance, and partnering with global stakeholders to deliver efficiency, governance, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C, and Controllership

- Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization across global finance operations

- Partner with business, IT, and global finance leaders to design and implement future-state finance operating models

- Support ERP / digital finance transformations (SAP S/4HANA, Blackline, Anaplan, Power BI, etc.)

- Develop and track KPIs, governance frameworks, and value-realization metrics for transformation programs

- Support change management, stakeholder communication, and capability building within finance teams

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, working capital improvement, and enhanced decision support

Candidate Profile:

- CA or MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs / ISB / equivalent)

- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance transformation, consulting, or global finance roles

- Strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial / engineering product environments

- Hands-on experience in finance process transformation, shared services, or global finance operations

- Solid understanding of finance systems, ERPs, and digital finance tools

- Proven ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
