Role Overview:

As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will spearhead large-scale finance transformation initiatives for our clients, driving significant improvements in their financial processes, systems, and organizational structures. You will collaborate closely with client executives, finance teams, and internal consulting teams to assess current state, design future state solutions, and manage the implementation of these solutions. This role directly impacts our clients' ability to achieve their financial goals, improve operational efficiency, and enhance their competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end finance transformation programs for clients, resulting in improved financial performance and operational efficiency.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' finance functions, identifying areas for improvement and developing tailored transformation roadmaps.

- Manage cross-functional teams of consultants and client personnel, ensuring successful project delivery and achievement of project objectives.

- Develop and present compelling business cases for finance transformation initiatives, securing buy-in from key stakeholders.

- Oversee the implementation of new finance systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

- Drive process excellence initiatives within the finance function, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.

- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional development and building a high-performing team.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in finance transformation, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal teams.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale finance transformation projects.

- Proven expertise in financial process optimization, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Strong understanding of finance systems and technologies, including ERP systems and financial planning tools.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

- Must have 15-25 years of experience in Financial Consulting and Process Excellence.
