Were looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Finance & Accounts, HR, IT, Administration, and Logistics functions at a fast-growing manufacturing organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role with a strong focus on financial strategy, governance, and business partnering, while driving operational excellence across all support functions.

What Youll Do:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash flow & compliance

- Drive profitability, cost optimization & strategic decision-making

- Oversee HR, IT, Admin & Logistics functions

- Strengthen systems, processes & cross-functional collaboration

- Partner with leadership to support growth & expansion

What Were Looking For:

- CA / MBA (Finance) with 12 - 18 years experience

- Proven leadership in manufacturing / pharma / medical devices

- Strong expertise in finance, compliance & audits

- Experience managing multiple support functions

- Hands-on with ERP systems & digital tools
