- Money matters and all money matters should be handled with utmost care. We are looking for a Fin-Whizz who shall be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, possess knowledge of GST and TDS regulations, and demonstrate exceptional financial management skills. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling various accounting responsibilities and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations & Prepare and file GST returns on a timely basis.
- Stay updated on changes in GST laws and implement necessary adjustments.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions & reconciliations
- Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
- Maintain organised and comprehensive financial documentation.
- Monitor changes in accounting and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
- Provide financial advice and support to management
- Handle customer billing & payment issues.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- CA , 1+ years of experience as an Accounts
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
- Familiarity with accounting software / TDS Software and ERP systems.
