Finance Role - Investor Relations - Founder's Office

The Company:

It provides one subscription, all top AIs for B2C & B2B both. It is an AI company doing $12M+ ARR, preparing for the most important financial event in our history a high-value raise or acquisition. We need one person in-house to own the numbers behind that story.

The Role:

You'll work directly with the founder, supported by a network of senior advisors who've done this before. You'll build the models, prep and run the data room, track the market, and turn all of it into material that holds up in front of investors and acquirers. You're the finance function here. Not a layer in one. The advisors bring the pattern recognition; you bring the execution and the day-to-day ownership. That combination is why this works at your experience level you get real responsibility with people around you who've seen the process before.

You are:

- 1-4 years in investment banking, VC, PE, transaction advisory, or strategic finance or a CA with strong analytical grounding.

- You build financial models fast and without hand-holding.

- Your work doesn't need checking. If the founder has to re-verify your numbers, you've added work instead of removing it.

- You follow the AI market, India and global, and have actual opinions about it.

- You write the way good analysts write: tight, clear, no fluff.

- High ownership, low ego, and comfortable being the youngest person in a serious conversation.
