Finance Role - CA/CS/CMA

Looking for Freshers/experienced professionals upto 5 years (CA/CS/CMA) or MBA for new office in Noida.

We require the specialisation in any of the fields:

1. Management Consultant - Supporting corporates in preparation of strategic business plans

2. Debt Syndication - to liaison with corporates and banks/NBFCs for arranging loan for the corporates

3. Financial Modelling - Hands on experience in developing or modify financial models

4. TX Advisory- M&A and arranging private equity
