Finance Role - CA

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure while working closely with senior professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements in line with statutory requirements.

- Support GST, TDS and Income Tax return filings and compliance activities.

- Contribute to internal and statutory audit processes.

- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory norms, and internal controls.

- Maintain accurate accounting records, handle reconciliations, and support MIS reporting.

- Assist with financial analysis, month-end/year-end closing, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation laws (GST, TDS, etc.), and the Companies Act.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and exposure to ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Self-driven, eager to learn and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
