Finance Program Manager - Consulting/FinTech/Startup - CA + IIM

Looking for a highly driven Finance Program Manager to work closely with leadership on high-impact finance and business initiatives. This is a fast-track role for someone who combines strong financial acumen with sharp problem-solving, execution excellence, and startup energy.

What You'll Do

- Drive strategic finance and cross-functional business programs

- Build financial models, business insights, and operational dashboards

- Partner with founders and leadership on growth, planning, and decision-making

- Improve processes across finance, operations, and business functions

- Lead special projects in fundraising, expansion, automation, and analytics

What We're Looking For

- CA + MBA from IIM Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Calcutta

- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, fintech, startups, IB, PE, or strategic finance roles

- Exceptionally smart, analytical, and execution-oriented

- High ownership mindset with strong communication skills
