Junior Finance Professional - AI SaaS based company

Our client is a US based AI SaaS based company looking to to hire a Junior Finance professional in India.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and vendor payments using tools like Ramp and Bill.com

- Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries

- Assist with inventory and revenue accounting, including ASC 606 compliance

- Help manage multi-entity and multi-currency accounting under US GAAP

- Collaborate with sales ops and other teams to ensure proper financial tracking

- Work with external auditors and support audit preparation as needed

Requirements:

- Experience : 3 to 5 years in SaaS and hardware

- Good experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and tools like Ramp, Bill.com, HubSpot

- Familiarity with ASC 606 and inventory accounting best practices

- Understanding of US GAAP and experience working with multi-entity, multi-currency setups
