Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance PMO with a strong finance background and proven expertise in managing projects within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will bring both project management and financial analysis skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial project management and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with finance and business teams to drive project governance and reporting.

- Consolidate and analyze financial data to generate insights and assist in decision-making.

- Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management using BI tools.

- Coordinate with C-suite stakeholders for project updates, reviews, and actionable insights.

- Track KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics for ongoing financial projects.

- Support process improvement initiatives and optimize reporting structures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: CA, CFA, ICWAI, or equivalent finance qualification.

Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in BFSI or finance-related projects.

- Strong project management and reporting capabilities.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

- Ability to transform complex data into executive-level presentations and insights.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Exposure to financial governance, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.
