Finance Plant Controller - CA

CA mandatory

Cost Accountant with 9-16 progressive experience progressive accounting / finance roles in Multinational/Global company. CA qualification is must.

Extensive knowledge of IND AS, US GAAP & IFRS

1. Lead root cause analysis activity related to Process & Equipment failures through Problem Solving approaches (DMAIC, MEE etc.).

2. Trouble shoots material, process and equipment issues, identifies root cause and implements corrective actions to improve yield, uptime & safety.

3. Identifying & implement process control measures including statistical process control (SPC) techniques to ensure consistent quality & reduce process variation.

4. Uses rigorous processes and technical knowledge to build detailed technical understanding for key process steps.

5. Supports new product introductions through equipment installation, process certification, documentation and training.

6. Assures safety of operators and equipment and complies with safety and environmental regulations.

7. Proficient in use of statistical data analysis and DOE in process problem solving and process/product improvement.

8. Provides general engineering and manufacturing skills and knowledge (understands theories and fundamentals), and capable of leading projects to get to root cause of issues and put permanent solutions in place.

9. Recommends and implements permanent solutions to long term performance issues and improves existing and new technologies and processes.

10. Drive cost reduction initiatives through scrap reduction, and process efficiency gains.

11. Participate in automation / digitization / Industry 4.0 projects for manufacturing processes.
