Finance Operations Leader - F&A - RTR/AP/AR & FP&A - IT/Shared Services/GCC

This is NOT a traditional controllership role.

We are looking for a business-facing Finance Operations leader who has strong command over end-to-end F&A processes (RTR, AP, AR, FP&A) and has driven large-scale delivery / shared services / GCC environments.

This is a high ownership, operations + transformation mandate with strong stakeholder exposure.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Read carefully before applying)

- 12-15 years of experience in Finance Operations / F&A domain

- Strong expertise across RTR, AP, AR & FP&A

- Experience in shared services / GCC / large operations setups

- Proven ability to manage large teams & complex delivery environments

- Strong exposure to governance, financial planning & client management

- Experience in resource optimization, cost control & revenue enhancement

- Stable career (avg. ~3+ years tenure per role)

- No long unexplained gaps

Pure accounting / backend reporting profiles - NOT a fit

Low scale / individual contributor profiles - NOT relevant

What You Will Be Doing

- Partner with Account Managers to drive account growth & business planning

- Lead end-to-end transition planning (people, infra, tech, training, SOW/MSA sign-offs)

- Manage large-scale finance operations delivery (RTR, AP, AR, FP&A)

- Drive governance frameworks across performance, compliance & engagement

- Own financial performance, budgeting & monthly reviews

- Identify opportunities for resource optimization & cost efficiency

- Drive revenue enhancement within existing engagements

- Engage with global stakeholders to improve CSAT & relationship health

- Build strong talent pipeline, succession planning & team capability

- Has handled large delivery teams in GCC / shared services setups

- Comfortable with client-facing roles & stakeholder management
