Experience: 4 - 6 years post qualification

About:

- Chartered Accountant with 3-6 years of experience in managing trade spends, state-level pricing cycles, distributor governance, and financial controls.

- Lead state-level pricing & margin planning, manage cost card submissions during the FY'26 cycle under regulatory timelines.

- Leading key pricing transitions, strengthening financial governance, and enabling improved margin delivery.

- To oversee annual trade schemes across retailers, including channel-wise scheme analysis (On-Trade, Off-Trade, Retail) to optimize ROI, payout accuracy, and discount effectiveness.

- Spearheaded Eastern market relaunch, establishing credit norms, distribution structure, tax frameworks, and onboarding processes.

- Manage regional P&L delivery , month-end close, profitability tracking, tax accuracy, and financial governance across MPCG and WB/Sikkim.

- Manage Accounts Receivable & Cash Flows, ensuring credit discipline, timely collections, ageing control, and liquidity forecasting for distributors & markets.

- Lead Price Lab implementation (UAT, change management & cost data migration), enhancing pricing accuracy and streamlining approval flows.

- To forecast , budget & do variance analysis , partnering with commercial teams to improve planning accuracy and margin outcomes.

- Strengthen stakeholder management across sales, supply chain, commercial, and state excise teams-aligning incentives, resolving bottlenecks, and enabling faster decision-making.
