Finance Manager - Renewable Energy/Power/Infrastructure/Consulting - CA

Finance Manager (Ind AS) - Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure / Consulting || Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Preparation & Finalization

- Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS.

- Review trial balances, GL schedules, and necessary workings for financial closures.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of books of accounts.

2. Ind AS Compliance

- Ensure proper application of Ind AS standards across financial statements.

- Perform analysis and documentation for Ind AS adjustments and disclosures.

- Coordinate with auditors for Ind AS-specific requirements (leases, financial instruments, revenue recognition, etc.).

3. Statutory & Internal Audit Handling

- Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors during quarterly and annual audits.

- Prepare audit schedules and lead the resolution of audit queries.

- Support internal audits by coordinating walkthroughs, control documentation, and management responses.

4. Month-End Closing Activities

- Drive month-end closing including journal entries, provisioning, accruals, and intercompany reconciliations.

- Review and post adjustments in ERP systems.

- Ensure timely preparation of working papers and reconciliations.

5. Consolidation & Group Reporting

- Assist in consolidation of multiple SPVs and entities under holding company.

- Prepare related party disclosures, segment reporting, and other notes to accounts.

6. Support for Management Reports

- Prepare financial data for board decks, investor presentations, and management discussion notes.

- Liaise with project finance and business teams for financial data.

Preferred Skills:

- In-depth understanding of Ind AS and financial reporting standards.

- Excellent command over MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Tally ERP 9) preferred.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Chartered Accountant (CA)- ICAI
