Finance Manager Record to Report (RTR)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) function with a focus on accounting, governance, internal controls, compliance, and process excellence. The role requires strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement through QDM and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end RTR and General Ledger operations.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, and accounting compliance.

- Strengthen governance, internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, driving performance and capability building.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.

- Drive process transitions, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement using QDM and Six Sigma/Lean.

- Support ERP-enabled finance operations and reporting.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Graduation degree.

- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

- Strong experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger accounting.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience managing finance teams.

- Proven expertise in accounting operations, governance, compliance, and internal controls.

- Hands-on experience in process improvement, QDM, Six Sigma/Lean, and stakeholder management.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and Advanced Excel; Power BI is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

- Shared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) environment.

- Exposure to audits, process transitions, and finance transformation projects.
