Finance Manager - Real Estate/Construction/Contracting Firm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fund raising, project finance, financial modelling, valuation, RERA compliances, and banking relationship management. This role requires excellent financial acumen and the ability to manage complex real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with banks and financial institutions for term loans, working capital, LRD, and other funding requirements.

- Prepare funding proposals, project feasibility reports, investor memorandums (IMs), and financial models.

- Manage lender/investor compliances, due diligence, and credit rating processes.

- Develop and monitor cash flow models, cost analysis, and financial projections for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Ensure adherence to RERA and other statutory compliances.

- Maintain strong banking relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to valuation exercises and investment decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com (Finance)

Experience: 5-7 years in Real Estate / Construction / Contracting industry

- Strong knowledge of real estate redevelopment projects

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate financial insights
