Finance Manager - Real Estate - CA

Company Overview:

Company is a debt free, financially sound, sustainable, and futuristic business conglomerate with a presence in real estate, liquid warehousing, agriculture marketing, energy storage, green technology, and horticulture. We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the activities of our company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with auditors for financial reporting and audits.

- Possess strong knowledge of the stock market and related financial instruments.

- Efficiently plan and manage company funds to optimize financial performance.

- Establish and maintain coordination with clients for financial transactions and settlements.

- Liaise with banking personnel to ensure smooth financial operations of the company.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including Income Tax, GST, and other financial compliances.

Job Qualifications:

- Preferably from a North Indian background.

- Experience in handling companies with a turnover of 100 Cr and above.

- Preferred industry background: Real Estate.

- Experience: 7-10 years in finance management.

- Chartered accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Educational Requirement: CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Proficiency in financial planning, compliance management, and stock market instruments.
