Finance Manager - Manufacturing - CA

Role Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6 - 7 years of post-qualification experience in the foundry or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting, costing, statutory compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting while partnering with business leaders to support operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage financial accounting, month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with statutory, internal, cost, and tax auditors.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

- Develop and present MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.

- Partner with operations and plant teams to improve cost efficiencies and financial controls.

- Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with company policies.

- SAP is mandatory.

- Support strategic initiatives, business planning, and financial decision-making.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 6 - 7 years of post-qualification experience in a foundry or manufacturing organization.

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
