Finance Manager - Lab Surgical Instrument Firm

We are the authorized consultants to the company a leading supplier of lab surgical instruments in India. Is a trusted global provider of high-quality solutions for laboratories. We are urgently seeking for the below position.

Position : FINANCE MANAGER

Location : Bhiwandi

Experience : At least 12-15 years of in handling entire accounts of the company. Should have experience in managing team

Salary : Depends upon experience

Qualification : CA preferred or MBA (Finance), B. Com, M. Com

Roles & Responsibility:

- Knowledge of Sales purchase accounting GST, TDS.

- Bank and cash accounting.

- Forex imports.

- Statutory compliances.

- Audit coordination internal statutory.

- Account finalisation.

- Efficiently take care of overall finance and accounting systems, records of the company (purchase, sales, stores, working capital, investments, projects, cash flow, P&L and Balance sheet).

- Coordinate with banks for foreign exchange, credit limits, BG, FDs and other banking services.

- Coordinate with Business heads / people for operational issues, margins, fund requirement, financial viability of orders / proposals and offer effective solutions / suggestions.

- Coordinate with factory head and ensure smooth functioning of the factory like cash flow

requirement and completion of the jobs at factory.

- Coordinate with company auditors for regular internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits and

close the financial accounts within deadline.

- Update the management from time to time the financial health of the company using various financial statements, reports and MIS like budget, variance report, cashflow, account receivable, business division performance, working capital and profitability.

- Participate in various proposals / projects put forward to the management, study and submit feasibility of proposal / project. Monitor the ongoing progress and report to the management on regular basis.

- Coordinate with joint owners / partners in various projects for Labindias involvement.

- Monitoring of the projects, requirement of the funds and getting back the returns. Update the management on the projects.

- Streamline the financial policies, procedures for efficient and timely delivery of the services.

- Any other jobs as and when given by the management.
