Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in IT Services and/or product development environments. The candidate should possess solid expertise in legal and statutory compliance, as well as experience in US and international finance operations. This role will play a key part in managing financial operations, compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations

- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements

- Handle audits, taxation, and regulatory filings

- Manage US and international finance processes, including multi-entity accounting.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (MIS)

- Manage revenue recognition for IT services and product-based businesses

- Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliations

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors

- Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting

- Strong experience in IT Services and/or product development companies

- In-depth knowledge of Indian statutory and legal compliance

- Exposure to US and international finance operations

- Experience with direct and indirect taxation

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
