Position: Finance Manager  Age Criteria: 40 + years  Education Qualification: MBA in Finance or CA  Criteria:  - The candidate should have 15 years of experience in same field with Industry experience of construction company with the back ground of Civil, Mechanical and Instrumentation.  - Gulf experience is preferable but not mandatory.  The Finance Manager would be required to:  - Plan, direct and report to the Managing Director/Board of Managers the functions of Finance, Procurement, Materials and Asset Management, and Cost Control.   - Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and MIS.   - Be responsible for a multitude of accounting activities including budgeting, costing, treasury management, financial reporting, banking and ensuring compliance to laws of the country, finalization of the year's financial reports, P/L statement, and balance sheets.   - Assist the Managing Director/Board of Managers on contractual issues, control and monitor job cost control, forecasting and market trends of cost.   - Be responsible for ensuring timely and within budget procurement of all materials and subcontracts to ensure availability of material within the project requirements.   - Manage the inventory and materials and assets to ensure efficient use of the same  - Manage a team to assist him in ensuring the delivery of his responsibilities and KPI's  Candidate's current CTC should not be less than 20 LPA.
