JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyse everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE:

Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in IND GAAP

ROLE LOCATION:

Gurgaon, U.P.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monthly Closing of Books of Accounts as per IND AS or IFRS.

- Preparation of Financials.

- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.

- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

- Manage the preparation of the companys budget.

- Liese with auditors for financials, tax audit, cost records, transfer pricing audit.

- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

MEASUREABLE DELIVERABLES:

- Tax Optimization: Achieve tax savings and zero penalties/fines.

- Audit Closure: Ensure timely completion and zero material qualifications for all statutory, tax, and TP audits.

- Reconciliations: Maintain zero variances in Income Tax and GST reconciliations (portal/returns vs. books).

- Financial Closing: Complete monthly book closing promptly (e.g., within T+5 days) with zero material IND AS/IFRS errors.

- Controls & Risk: Implement new controls and achieve a reduction in high-risk internal audit findings.

- Budgeting: Deliver the annual budget accurately and on time.

- Inventory: Ensure zero variance between physical and book inventory and validate NRV/provision quarterly.

- Assessment Handling: Successfully close tax assessments and ensure 100% timely response to all tax notices.

KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

- Proven experience as a Financial Manager

- Proficient user of excel. Knowledge of D365 ERP will be added advantage.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- A solid understanding of financial statistics and Accounting Standards/IND AS

- Knowledge of Income tax, Companies Act.
