Finance Manager - Hotels

Finance Manager Hospitality (Hotels & Restaurants). We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Finance Manager with strong experience in the hospitality industry (hotels/restaurants).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the business, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.

- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.

- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting & Reporting:

- Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure accuracy and timely closure of books of accounts.

- Maintain proper accounting records in line with regulatory standards.

Cost Control & Profitability:

- Monitor operational costs, food cost, and overheads.

- Implement cost-control measures to improve margins.

- Track revenue streams and suggest improvements for profitability.

Compliance & Audits:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

- Handle financial audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation.

- Optimize cash utilization and ensure liquidity for operations.

Team & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and senior management.

- Support decision-making with financial insights and reports.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality sector.

- Strong understanding of hospitality financial operations and cost structures.

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
