About the Role:

We are looking for a high-potential Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing international business and play a key role in driving financial planning, business performance, commercial decision-making, and strategic growth initiatives.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for Chartered Accountants seeking international exposure and hands-on experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, P&L Management, and Financial Strategy. The selected candidate will work closely with business leadership and operational teams, providing financial insights that support profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing, FMCG, agri-business, or industrial business environments and the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced international setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.

- Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.

- Track key business KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.

- Support leadership teams with data-driven financial analysis and decision-making.

2. Business Finance & Commercial Finance:

- Act as a finance business partner to operations, sales, procurement, and supply chain teams.

- Evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.

- Support pricing strategies, margin analysis, and commercial decision-making.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives across business functions.

- Collaborate with leadership to support growth and expansion plans.

3. P&L Management & Cost Control:

- Monitor and manage end-to-end Profit & Loss performance.

- Analyze operational costs, manufacturing costs, and overhead structures.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.

- Drive accountability for budget adherence and financial discipline.

4. MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis:

- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management reviews.

- Provide financial insights to senior leadership on business performance.

- Support board presentations, investor reporting, and strategic reviews.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial metrics.

5. Audit, Compliance & Internal Controls:

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and financial governance standards.

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Strengthen internal controls and risk management processes.

- Support taxation, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.

6. Working Capital & Treasury Management:

- Monitor working capital performance including inventory, receivables, and payables.

- Support treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.

- Optimize cash utilization and funding requirements.

- Assist in banking and financial institution relationships.

7. Capex & Investment Analysis:

- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and investment opportunities.

- Conduct ROI analysis, business case preparation, and project feasibility studies.

- Support strategic investment decisions and expansion initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Agri Business, Industrial, or Process Industries.

- Strong exposure to FP&A, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing, and Variance Analysis.

- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
