Finance Manager - FMCG

Location : Dubai

Reporting to : CFO

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and P&L management across multiple international geographies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.

- Benchmark manufacturing and operating costs across regions to identify optimization opportunities and enhance overall business efficiency.

- Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to provide actionable financial insights and support business growth initiatives.

- Prepare and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports, including Material Price Variance (MPV), Factory Overheads, Capex utilization, and profitability analysis.

- Monitor manufacturing costs, identify key cost drivers, and recommend corrective actions to improve margins and operational effectiveness.

- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, track project performance, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

- Lead strategic cost-saving and productivity improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

- Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance with corporate policies and international accounting standards.

- Support senior leadership with business performance reviews, scenario planning, investment evaluations, and strategic decision support.

- Drive continuous process improvements through automation, standardization, and best-practice implementation across finance operations.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in FP&A, Cost Management, and P&L Ownership.

- Experience in multi-country finance operations and manufacturing finance.

- Advanced financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting, and financial analytics tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
