Finance Manager - Financial Reporting - BFSI

The Position:

The Manager - Finance will be responsible to manage and execute financial controls to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of Indian Accounting System and BFSI sector together. The incumbent will work closely with the management and business unit owners of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Review journal entries, reconcile account balances, and prepare financial reports.

- Interact with business unit owners and stakeholders to produce timely and accurate monthly Management Information System (MIS).

- Participate in the development and establishment of systems and reporting data.

- Manage the chart of accounts and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.

- Ensure precise classification and booking of all transactions.

- Actively review and advise on financial and accounting processes.

- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.

- Assist budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financials.

- Prepare data required by internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills / Requirements:

- Min 1 - 4 years of experience (NBFC, BFSI, Banking Background Preferred).

- Understanding of industry, financial, and credit principles.

- Strong accounting and analytical skills with an up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards.

- Maintain healthy relationships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve team goals.
