Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - Consumer Goods

We are hiring a Manager Finance (FP&A) for a US-based consumer goods company.

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures

- Manage financial statements, reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulations

- Handle FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and variance analysis

- Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

- Drive strategies to improve financial performance and operational efficiency

- Lead external audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements

- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals

What we are looking for:

- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/CPA/CMA preferred

- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/finance roles

- Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting & FP&A

- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder handling
