A leading organisation working towards inclusive education for children with visual impairments and multiple disabilities is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, budgeting, compliance, and donor reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and monthly/annual closing

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure monitoring

- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including foreign funding regulations

- Handle grant finances, donor reporting, and audit coordination

- Strengthen financial systems, internal controls, and processes

- Collaborate with program teams, leadership, and global finance colleagues

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field

- 7 - 10 years of experience in finance and accounting

- CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred

- Experience in nonprofit, development, or international organisations preferred

- Familiarity with grant management, donor reporting, and Indian regulatory compliance is an advantage
