Role Overview:

As the Finance Manager, you will be lead our finance team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with the senior management team to provide insightful financial analysis, develop budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in driving informed decision-making and supporting the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with various departments to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement to inform strategic decisions.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.

- Manage the company's tax planning and compliance activities, working with external advisors to optimize tax efficiency and minimize risk.

- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and efficient financial processes.

- Provide management accounting support to various departments, including cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.

- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the company's long-term growth objectives.

- Manage the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit procedures.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.

- Proven expertise in financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

- Strong understanding of internal control principles and experience in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls.

- In-depth knowledge of taxation principles and experience in managing tax compliance activities.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other financial software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred.

- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in financial management.
