Profile Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and performance of our Brand. The role involves managing financial planning, analysis, accounting, compliance, and reporting while driving cost efficiency and supporting business growth decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong business acumen and data driven decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership.

- Evaluate new business initiatives, pricing strategies, and cost structures.

- Prepare and present monthly MIS, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.

Accounting & Compliance:

- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, and reconciliations.

- Ensure timely closing of books in compliance with Ind-AS and statutory standards.

- Coordinate statutory audits, tax filings, and internal audits.

- Maintain compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization.

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.

- Oversee payments, vendor settlements, and receivable follow-ups.

Business Support & Strategy:

- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to optimize financial performance.

- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor profitability, efficiency, and ROI.

- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Process Improvements:

- Implement internal controls and streamline financial processes.

- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement in finance operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and financial management tools (e.g., Zoho Books, SAP, or NetSuite).

- Strong business acumen and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA.

- 58 years of experience in Finance/Accounts, preferably in a D2C, Retail, or FMCG setup.

- Experience in managing audits, financial reporting, and FP&A.
