Finance Manager - D2C Baby Care & Wellness

Were looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and compliance functions, supporting the companys growth across D2C and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing end-to-end finance operations for a consumer business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the organization.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation across D2C, retail, and marketplace operations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management and investors.

- Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

- Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and cost control initiatives.

- Support business heads with financial forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.

- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.

- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic financial decisions and enable data-backed growth.

- Oversee inventory valuation, SKU-level costing, and P&L tracking for D2C channels.

- Assist in budgeting for marketing spends, performance campaigns, and operational expenses.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or FP&A, preferably in FMCG / D2C / Consumer Goods / E-commerce sectors.

- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling.

- Proven ability to handle statutory compliance and audits independently.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience managing startup or fast-growing business finance preferred.

- Hands-on approach and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Education:

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance required.
