Finance Manager - CPA/CFA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to manage the financial health of the organization. This includes financial planning, reporting, analysis, and advising senior management on financial decisions. The Finance Manager will be responsible for capital expenditure (CAPEX) management, balance sheet preparation, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Developing financial strategies and plans, and conducting financial forecasting, risk analysis, budgeting and financial reports

- Regular Accounting work and preparing monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements. Timely reporting of financial status to the senior management

- End to end budget management and analysing budget variances and recommend corrective actions if any

- Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and overseeing accounts receivable and payable

- Plan, manage, monitor and control CAPEX budgets

- Understanding and hands on knowledge of foreign exchange trade and transactions

- Preparations of P&L accounts, balance sheets, ad performing regular balance sheet reconciliations

- Coordinating for internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management and support in strategic decision making

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent, is a plus

- Experience in Automotive or manufacturing background

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
