
Finance Manager Corporate Taxation

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager Corporate Taxation to lead and manage our domestic and international taxation functions. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified CA with 810 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, banking operations, and multi-country account consolidation. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Taxation & Compliance
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and international tax regulations.
- Ensure timely filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
- Manage tax audits, assessments, and liaise with tax authorities.
- Lead transfer pricing documentation and compliance for cross-border transactions.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure adherence to Indian GAAP and IFRS.
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheets in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end closings.
Account Consolidation
- Lead consolidation of financials across multiple legal entities and geographies.
- Ensure intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Coordinate with international teams for timely and accurate reporting.
Banking Operations
- Manage domestic and international banking operations, including fund transfers, forex transactions, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with ROC filings, CSR obligations, and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 8 - 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, taxation, and accounting.
- Experience in multi-country operations and account consolidation is essential.
- Strong understanding of Indian and international tax laws, banking operations, and financial reporting standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
