A leading MNC into Manufacturing is looking for a Chartered Accountant  Main duties and responsibilities and Experience :  Excellent Academics record with minimum 8-10 yrs post qualification experience required to handle overall accounts & finance profile, Including direct, indirect taxation, Audits, banking activities, working capital requirements, MIS, etc.  Strong exposure to Accounting practices, Exp in Preparing Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, Preparation & timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual MIS, Liasioning with the Auditors and Well versed with the latest accounting guidelines.  1. Overall experience of 8 to 10 years  2. Strong background on General Ledger Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation  3. Team handling experience of minimum 4 plus years  4. Client Management skills  5. Good Documentation & presentation skills  6. Excellent Communication skills  7. Should have worked on Process improvement projects   8. Should have worked on P&L  9. Reporting, Reconciliation and Database Maintenance should posses  10.
