Finance Manager - CA

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory regulations.

- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, income tax, and audits.

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management activities.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and risk management processes.

- Support management with financial planning, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.
