About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager who is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or similar finance roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support business decisions.

- Support management with financial insights for strategic planning and growth initiatives.

- Monitor key financial metrics and drive performance improvements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Oversee variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cash flow management.

- Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Minimum 6 years experience in FP&A, finance management, or related fields.

- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and Excel/financial tools.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and lead financial initiatives.
