Description:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our organizations financial operations. The company is well-funded and clocking huge sales growth YoY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, regulatory compliance, managing risks, and leading a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior leadership to support key business decisions and ensure long-term financial sustainability
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyze performance.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards.
- Implement strong internal controls and oversee risk management initiatives.
- Manage treasury functions, cash flow, funding strategies, and capital structure.
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and auditors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives, M&A assessments, and KPI development.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) required; MBA Finance preferred.
- 8 to 10+ years of progressive financial management experience.
- Proven expertise in strategic financial leadership and stakeholder management.
