Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop long-term business plans, create budgets, and perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.

- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including P&L statements, division-wise analysis, and cost reports for management decision-making.

- Cost Management: Perform detailed cost analysis and calculation for all textile products to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.

- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash inflows and outflows, manage working capital, and ensure sufficient funds to meet financial obligations.

- Risk Management: Implement financial policies and procedures to manage financial risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Stakeholder Management: Mediate financial discussions between the organization, employees, shareholders, and investors.

- Audit & Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits, manage statutory and tax filings, and ensure compliance with financial laws and tax regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; a Master's degree or professional certifications like CA, CMA, or ACCA are highly beneficial.

- Industry Knowledge: Specific understanding of the textile or garment industry's financial aspects, including cost accounting, inventory management, and regulatory requirements.

- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and company data to develop strategic financial plans and maximize company wealth.
