Finance Manager - CA

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to support the Finance Controller in managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The Finance Manager will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial operations, while delivering actionable insights to aid strategic decision-making. This role requires close coordination with the Finance Controller and other departments toalign financial practices with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Finance Controller in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Oversee day-to-day MIS, financial reporting and accounting operations.

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.

- Prepare detailed financial analyses to support business decisions.

- Supervise, train, and develop finance team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aligned operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-10 years' experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Proven track record in financial reporting, accounting, and compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial automation tools, and advanced Excel.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

- French language and experience in the beverage industry will be added advantage

Budget;- $2500 - 3000$ per Month
