Finance Manager - Account Receivable - Retail/QSR

Job Title: Manager - Finance (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: GM - Finance

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing accounts receivable processes including order-to-cash reconciliation, collections, refunds, and coordination with delivery aggregators. Lead a team and work closely with internal departments to ensure timely reconciliations, revenue assurance, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee order-to-cash reconciliations across POS, aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon), and order management systems.

- Ensure timely collections and monthly closures with aggregators.

- Manage relationships and regular follow-ups with delivery partners for issue resolution.

- Approve and streamline customer refunds across dine-in and app sales.

- Drive automation in reconciliation and reporting processes in collaboration with IT.

- Monitor and resolve mismatches between POS and order management systems.

- Supervise third-party accounting team and guide on daily operations.

- Coordinate with marketing and business teams to address reconciliation gaps.

- Support audit requirements and provide necessary data to auditors.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Commerce Graduate / MBA in Finance

- Experience: 8-10 years in finance/AR SAP experience required

- Preferred Industry: Retail / QSR

- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
