About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions.

You will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business goals.

- Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.

- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and assess financial implications.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Manage and mentor finance team members, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, risk management strategies, and cost-saving initiatives.

- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors/master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with at least 5 years in financial management.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and tax laws.

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
