Responsibilities:

- Prepare & manage monthly, quarterly, and annual (MRF/QRF/AOP/LRP)financial forecasts and budgets.

- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate closely with business leaders across various departments (R&D & G&A, Corp FP&A) to understand their business objectives and provide financial guidance and support.

- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights. Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and management reporting.

- Prepare presentations and reports summarizing financial performance and key findings for senior management.

- Drive improvements in financial planning, financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

- Provide financial support and analysis for special projects, such as M&A activity, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.

- Oversee all financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

- Prepare management reports, monthly/quarterly forecasts, budgets and analysis for senior management.

- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations

- Manage and monitor the company & a poss financial performance, providing regular reports and analysis to the senior management team.

- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate actions.

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

- Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimise financial resources to support the company&aposs operational needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and HR, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and maintain positive relationships.

- Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Qualifications

- Any Degree , Masters in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis

- 2 or more years of management experience required

- Ability to convey financial performance to audiences at different levels in the organization

- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, and ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
