Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience to lead the organization's finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, and team management, while providing clear financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, along with monthly and year-end reports.

- Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

- Accounting operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, billing, and month-end close.

- Cash flow and working capital: Monitor cash flow, manage expenses, review receivables, and support timely collections.

- Controls and audits: Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls; coordinate internal and external audits.

- Compliance and taxation: Oversee tax filings, statutory disclosures, regulatory submissions, and other reporting requirements.

- Team leadership: Manage and develop the accounting team and ensure finance operations run effectively.

- Management support: Share financial updates, analysis, and recommendations with senior management to support business decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

- CA qualification preferred.

- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing accounting operations, reporting, budgets, and compliance.

- Good understanding of applicable regulatory and financial reporting standards.

- Proficiency with financial systems and accounting software.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strategic thinking and the ability to turn financial analysis into practical recommendations.
