Finance Manager

Description:

We are seeking a proactive Manager Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for internal company accounts. The role involves hands-on ownership of accounting, timely closures, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting activities for internal company accounts

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, accruals, and provisions

- Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end closures with high accuracy

- Prepare, review, and analyze MIS and financial reports

- Perform and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory, and tax requirements

- Support and coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits

- Partner with cross-functional teams for expense booking and cost control

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives

- Guide and review work of junior team members, as required

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA India) preferred

- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

- Experience handling internal / corporate accounts is preferred

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
