Description:
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in Tally with accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IGAAP.
- Ensure timely closing of books and reconciliation of accounts.
- Manage general ledger, cash flow statements, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.
Statutory Compliance
- Oversee tax computations, payments, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in taxation, GST rules, and compliance regulations.
Audit Management
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Liaise with external auditors, resolve audit queries, and ensure adherence to audit timelines.
- Implement recommendations from audit reports to strengthen controls.
Team Leadership
- Monitor team performance and ensure accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
- Drive process discipline and operational excellence within the finance function.
Manufacturing & Trading Finance
- Monitor costing, inventory accounting, and production-related financial controls.
- Manage vendor payments, receivables, credit controls, and working capital.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Process Improvement
- Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices.
